About The Role

Paralegal/Litigation Executive – Motor, Birmingham, hybrid. The Motor team is growing and we need experienced Paralegals/Litigation Executives to support our growth journey.

What will you be doing?

You will run a litigated caseload of small claims matters dealing with liability and vehicle damage claims. You will assist other Litigation Executives/Claims Handlers with an average case load of 100 files. Responsibilities include drafting documents, applications, offers, orders and directions, attending telephone conferences, managing cases in line with SLAs, reviewing quantum, valuing general and special damages, formalising case plans, entering into telephone negotiations, liaising with third party solicitors and insurers, and managing both insurer clients and lay clients.
