Job Description
The successful applicant will report directly to the Senior Partner or Practice HeadLead and manage a team of practitioners and be responsible for end to end execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and represent the Firm at industry events and conferences.Provide strategic and commercially sound legal advice on general corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction p...
