**Total Pay:** $60,000 - $72,000 per year (Total compensation including salary + bonus)

+ Ensure restaurant is fully staffed with the right people in the right seats

+ Controls operational costs to include cost of goods sold and labor expense, and works to achieve personal, area and company financial objectives.
