• Machine Operation
• Check the production plan for shift.
• Collect raw materials for the production run.
• Collect product for processing.
• Place colours into pans (five pans) and start the panning machine.
• Stop the machine and add raw materials to ensure smooth finish to product.
• Start the machine to ensure product attains smooth finish according to specification.
• Place products on a tray for next stage in the production process.
• Complete SIC documentation during shift.
• Contact Manager in the event of a breakdown or mechanical failure.
• Quality
• Ensure alignment of all work process to the required quality standards.
• Proactively identify continual improvement opportunities.
• Action agreed quality initiatives.
