A new opportunity has arisen to work for a housing provider for Multi‑Trade Operatives working in either Reactive repairs or Voids. Looking for Multi‑Trade Specialists on a temp‑to‑perm basis.

We are currently seeking operatives to carry out both responsive repairs and void works across the following area: Bethnal Green.

Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high‑quality maintenance and repairs within occupied and void social housing properties. The role will involve travel between properties; however, work will be allocated as close to your home location as possible.

Pay Rate

• £23.50 per hour (umbrella rate) – Temporary
• £38,000 per annum – Permanent
