This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$27/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Spray, roll, trim work
+ Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, priming
+ Read prints and specifications
+ Apply paints, stains, finishes using brushers, rollers, and spray equipment
+ Apply specialty coatings and waterproofing
+ Accurately measure materials
+ Follow safety guidelines and use proper PPE
