alleviate human suffering from pain through integration of research, education,
and clinical practice. Our clinical work is spread across the St. Louis area
including sites at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, and
Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital.

The available position is for a Missouri state licensed pain
psychologist, with a working knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and treatment,
chronic pain conditions, and evidence-based interventions with communication
and interpersonal skills. This open rank position is available on the clinical
track. New faculty members receive an initial two-year clinical guarantee of
salary and bonus, to ensure adequate income while establishing a practice, but
there is also opportunity for productivity-based compensation.
