Paid Media Specialist
who will be hands-on in the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our paid social and search campaigns. You will play a key role in driving measurable growth across our digital channels - managing performance, testing new ideas, and working closely with our creative and performance teams to continuously improve ROAS and customer acquisition. As we scale across multiple channels, brands, and geographies, this is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise and grow with a fast-moving team.
What You'll Do: Build, launch, and manage daily operations for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and search campaigns in alignment with the Lead's overarching strategy. Monitor account performance daily, making real-time adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting to maintain healthy ROAS and CAC.
