About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Paid Media Manager to manage our lead generation engine.Operating across three distinct brands—Rentokil (Pest Control), Initial (Hygiene), and Ambius (Indoor Plants)—you will be responsible for ensuring our high-intent lead generation is efficient, scalable, and perfectly paced against monthly budgets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mastery of Google Paid Search 

• Precision Pacing: Manage significant monthly budgets across three brands, ensuring spend is distributed effectively throughout the month to avoid dark time and maximize lead flow during peak business hours.
• Continuous Optimization: Lead daily hands-on optimization, including bid management (transitioning to/from automated bidding strategies), negative keyword auditing, and quality score improvements.
