Sysmex Corporation is hiring a Compensation and Benefits Intern to participate in an EMEA-wide project. This hybrid role involves working three days in the office in St. Joan Despí and two days remotely.

The intern will support the implementation of the EC Benefits module in SuccessFactors, assisting local HR teams, gathering data, and communicating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, fluent English and Spanish, and advanced Excel skills.
