The Job:
This opportunity is to join a fast paced fresh produce operation, supporting the day to day running of the packhouse while ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate production activities
- Monitor performance
- Support team members, and help drive continuous improvement across the operation
- This is a hands on role suited to someone who thrives in a busy production environment and enjoys leading by example.
Hours: 48 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends as required
