Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate master design projects across multiple product lines
- Ensure timely delivery of designs while adhering to brand guidelines and legal compliance
- Optimize creative briefs for agencies and oversee workflows between creative and execution teams
- Develop multilingual design versions based on defined language groups
- Monitor project timelines and ensure industrial constraints (e.g., printing, packaging) are considered
- Act as the key liaison among marketing, legal, industrial teams, and external agencies
- Support brand consistency and technical aspects of design execution
- Ensure on-time delivery of master designs aligned with brand and industrial standards
- Create design charters and guidelines for adaptation across products
