Position Overview
Overview PM Group are looking for a Package Owner - CSA to work on a Pharma Labs and Offices retro fit project. The role will be based near Schaffhausen in Switzerland.
Responsibilities Lead CSA construction package for pharma laboratory and office retrofit, including structural modifications, architectural finishes, and civil infrastructure works Interface with architects, structural engineers, and civil consultants to resolve design issues, review submittals, and ensure pharma facility compliance Supervise civil, structural, and architectural contractors; ensure adherence to pharma construction standards and clean room requirements Coordinate structural modifications with existing building systems, assess load impacts, and ensure structural integrity during renovation activities Oversee installation of pharma-grade finishes, clean room panels, specialized flooring, and architectural elem...
