Position Details

Location: High Street Kensington, Cromwell Hospital and other London locations. Work pattern: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week on site. Contract: Permanent, full time 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £50 k‑£55 k depending on experience.

The role

You’ll provide proactive, high‑quality support to two senior leaders – the HR Director and the IT Director – ensuring seamless coordination of complex diaries, meetings, and travel. You’ll champion digital adoption and process efficiency, leveraging tools like Microsoft 365 and Copilot to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
