In the last three months at St Nicholas’ our Sunday attendance has nearly doubled. We believe that God is on the move in our town, and we’re seeking a PA & Administration Co-Ordinator to play a pivotal role in helping St Nicholas’ Cramlington step confidently into a new season of growth and mission. This is a one-year post designed to strengthen the church’s organisational foundations, support the Rector in the effective leadership of the parish, and develop the systems, structures, and volunteer teams needed for long-term flourishing. While there is potential for the role to continue beyond the initial year if funding allows, the primary vision is that the postholder will intentionally raise up and equip volunteers to take ownership of most (but not all) areas of responsibility currently covered by the role.
