Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative in residential HVAC to help grow our residential division in the Gatineau–Ottawa market. This is a field-based role for someone who is comfortable selling directly to homeowners, conducting in-home consultations, and closing residential projects. This is not an entry-level position. Proven, hands-on experience in residential HVAC sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new residential clients within approximately a 2-hour radius of Gatineau–Ottawa
• Conduct in-home consultations, visits, and follow-ups with homeowners
• Prepare and present clear, tailored quotes for each homeowner, explaining options, pricing, and available financing
• Sell residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and water heaters
