**Job Description:**

The Behavioral Health Therapist – Clinical is a licensed LPC, LMFT, or equivalent who utilizes clinical expertise to perform psychosocial assessment and develop/implement a plan of care/treatment plan that provides extraordinary care for the patient. This position works collaboratively with patients and the patients' family, healthcare providers, insurers, community resources, and other involved parties to identify patients' needs, provide services, coordinate care and transition plans, and advocate for patients.

+ Expertly applies trauma-informed care to build strong patient relationships, interpret behaviors, and respond effectively to patient needs.
