Outlet Supervisor

One&Only Royal Mirage Resort – Dubai (F&B)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlet team.
• Lead staff to ensure efficient service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and a positive guest experience.
• Assist Assistant Lounge Manager in planning, organizing and directing all outlet processes to provide quality Food & Beverage service consistent with SOP and achieve maximum revenue and profit within budget and forecast.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and deliver excellent spoken and written communication in English and/or another language.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Must report directly to the Assistant Lounge Manager.
