The Outbound Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a Philippines-based outbound sales team focused on converting pre-qualified strategic leads into active marketplace sellers. This includes sellers in priority growth categories and high-volume segments that are key to accelerating WMP's market share.

Operating within a defined acquisition strategy set by the Head of Sales, this role is responsible for execution excellence, ensuring consistent outreach, strong pipeline discipline, and high-quality seller conversions.
