This role owns the fulfillment operations side of PS brand support, focusing on outbound accuracy, WIS/WQS exception management, fulfillment process improvement, and operational root cause analysis across the FC network. The SME will partner closely with fulfillment centers, Marketplace Operations, and Account Managers to identify systemic issues, improve shipping accuracy, and drive operational accountability.
