Outbound Finance & Insurance Sales Support

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our support office team in the role of Outbound Finance & Insurance Sales Support.

 In this newly created role, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have had their finance approved and have not yet completed the loan process.

 In addition, this role will also be supporting our Business Managers by:

  • Providing F&I sales support at a Branch when Business Managers are on RDO’s;
  • Monitoring loan pay outs and maintenance of branch F&I Log;
  • Completing F&I sales transactions ensuring all documents are executed in line with lenders requirements;
  • Providing general administration support to the Business Managers within the branch.
