Reporting to: Programme Leader and the Dean of Music College

Responsible for: to ensure the students are provided with the highest levels of teaching

Works closely with: Programme Leaders and other specialist tutors.

Weekly teaching: Small group tuition and one to one tuition

The Oud Tutor shall be reporting directly to the Programme Leader and Dean and working with them as part of the College of Music team.

• Provideone-to-oneand small group tuitioninPrincipalStudy area Oud.
• Offer chamber music coaching (if required and appropriate)
• Develop study, practice, and exam materials as needed.
• Manage the PrincipalStudy section of their area in the LMS, including attendance, material upload, and grading.
• Liaise with students, programme leaders, and other members of faculty and staff,to organise student exams, performances, and masterclasses.
• Audition candidates for next academic year’s intake.
