* Schedule: Monday through Friday, clinic or OR depending on day. Call is currently one full week each month (Monday-Sunday) with overnight call during that week. Onsite orientation required on a weekday prior to first assignment (typically 8:30am-5pm).

* Credentialing: Locum provider must provide vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days of start date. Two completed professional references required at time of presentation.
