• Established team: 1 ENT physician + 2 APPs
• Strong clinical and administrative support
• Modern clinic with Athena EMR
• Monday-Thursday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Dedicated OR day
• Manageable volume: ~15 patients per day
