POSITION SUMMARY

This role functions within a collaborative care model in which the nurse practitioner and physician jointly manage patient care. Responsibilities include conducting detailed histories and examinations, developing assessments, initiating treatment plans, performing approved procedures, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary clinicians. The position supports outpatient services and may include inpatient responsibilities when delegated, with an emphasis on patient education and comprehensive clinical management.



QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to obtain detailed histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations
• Capacity to review diagnostic studies including laboratory tests, imaging, and electrocardiographic tracings
