*Overview:* We are seeking an experienced *OSP Data Center Superintendent* to lead and manage all outside plant (OSP) field operations supporting large-scale data center and fiber projects. This role is responsible for overseeing OSP construction activities, leading field teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time project delivery.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in *OSP fiber deployment, backbone infrastructure, and large crew management*, along with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
