ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
• Start Date: Asap-ongoing
• Schedule: Mix of clinic and OR cases (Mon-Fri)
• Minimal Call (1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month)
• Cases: general orthopedics, surgical/non-surgical intervention, joint reconstruction (preferred)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon
• Active KY License or IMLC
• ACLS/BLS
