Job Description:
* Diagnosis and treatment of specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents, adults and geriatrics
* Assessment and management of pain
* Outpatient/inpatient clinical responsibilities applicable to specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents , adults and geriatrics
* Understands importance of excellent customer service and teamwork
* Maintains complete, accurate and legible documentation
* Assumes responsibility for professional development and ongoing education to maintain a high degree of proficiency
* Demonstrates consistent level of performance and productivity
Experience/Education:
* Graduate of appropriate baccalaureate and accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program
