Position Overview
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Orthopedic Surgeon (OS) - Up to $550,000 guaranteed annual salary
- $30,000 Signing Bonus
- $18,000 per year housing allowance provided by Employer
- Comprehensive benefits including 8 Weeks PTO, 106% employer retirement-match on up to 4% employee contribution
- $4,000 annual CME allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Orthopedic Surgeon (OS) - A state of the art, 25-bed critical access Hospital offering comprehensive healthcare
- Monday-Friday schedule with split between Clinical / Surgical focus along with 1 admin day
- 1:2 on-call
- On average up to 2200 - 2400 clinic patients and 250-270 surgeries per year
- A generalist role with Orthopedic surgical focus
