Role Overview
As an Operations Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our sea export functions. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sea shipments, ensuring that our cargo moves efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with global standards. This role requires a blend of tactical execution—communicating with logistics partner and managing bookings—and analytical thinking to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Execute day-to-day sea export operations, including managing bookings, documentation, and SOPs.
- Shipment Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics partners & carriers to resolve shipment issues and optimize booking windows.
