POSITION SUMMARY:

• The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for developing and executing change strategies that enable the successful adoption of technology-driven and business transformation initiatives.


• This role partners closely with IT, business leaders, and project teams to ensure readiness, minimize disruption, and drive long-term value realization.
• This position will report to the IT Director of Organizational Change Management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
