Surgeon owned and led practice is seeking to add a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team.
Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals. Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions. Utilize a patient centric approach. Operate with referral doctor centric mindset. Understanding of the importance of referral base and how to expand/grow it. Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn. Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn. Implant oriented and desire to learn how to do them at the highest level.
