Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Utilities applications (CC&B, MDM, MWM, or WAM)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
• Proficiency in configuration tools, business objects, algorithms, and service scripts
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, and web services
• Understanding of SOA architecture and integration patterns
• Familiarity with Oracle database administration concepts

Functional Knowledge

• Deep understanding of utility industry business processes and meter‑to‑cash cycle
