Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Configuration and customization

- Customer Portal and Agent interfaces
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Solid understanding of CRM and customer service processes
- Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle CX Suite or other CRM platforms
- Prior experience in onsite client environments
- Familiarity with integration tools or middleware
