Position Overview
Description - Project manage Oracle Guided Learning Programs.
- Develop a project and resource staffing plan for the OGL Program.
- Be able to review the agreed Statement of Work and confirm the scope of the engagement with the client.
- Project manage the consultants/contractors to ensure client satisfaction and knowledge/skill transfer.
- Prepare and provide weekly status reports that include project activities progress risk and issue log time and expense burn-down forecasted days per resource summary of weekly expenses and planned activities for next week
- Manage the relationship with the client on site and elevate any issues to leadership.
- Be able to conduct Training Needs Analyses to:
- Identify what processes and system tasks need to be completed by which user groups
- Identify the gap between the current skill set and the required skills
