- OTBI – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules with focus on Core HR Journeys and Absence Management.
- Implement and manage Guided and Contextual HCM Journeys based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
