Role: Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role purpose

• Support HR users with all their day-to-day activities related to the system and build new reports and new payroll components.
• The role will involve the delivery of a wide range of technical solutions across the Oracle Cloud suite working on multiple projects in parallel and being responsible for the delivery of technical tasks on those projects.

Key metrics

• Experience in designing, developing, documenting and testing of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI/OTBI Reports.
• SQL and PL/SQL skills are mandatory.
• Product expertise in at least 3 of Oracle in-depth technical development skills on HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI/OTBI Reports.
• The candidate must have exposure to any 3 of Oracle HCM modules.
• Must have worked as integration specialist.
