Job Description - Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll – UAE.
- Excellent understanding of:
- UAE Labor Law concepts (Gratuity / EOSB)
- Allowances and deductions
- Payroll retro processing
- Final settlement processing
- Experience in production support (AMS) environment.
- Strong issue analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Techno-Functional Skills - Payroll ESS processes and diagnostics
- OTBI / BI Publisher
- Payroll costing and GL integration basics
- Basic understanding of Fast Formulas (preferred) Process & Tools
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
