Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, payroll, and finance teams to gather requirements.

Provide functional expertise to align system capabilities with business needs.

Working experience on HCM implementations, BI Publisher & OTBI

Support Troubleshooting

Handle production support, resolve functional issues, and manage upgrades.

Document processes, configurations, and workflows for Benefits.

Integration Data Management Work with EBS EBS HCM Data Loader (HDL), EBS HCM Extracts, and Oracle Data integrator for benefits data.

Manage conversions of workforce structure, worker data, contracts, and salary info.
