**Description**

We are seeking an **Oracle ERP / Fusion Solution Architect** to support a large-scale Department of Defense human resources program built on **Oracle E-Business Suite** and evolving toward modern Oracle ERP, Fusion, OCI, data integration, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

This role requires more than functional familiarity with Oracle applications. The Solution Architect will help shape enterprise architecture recommendations that support personnel readiness, identity management, benefits administration, workforce interoperability, employee self-service, separation and transition processing, and modernization across the defense HR ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of **Oracle ERP/Fusion architecture expertise, federal HR/payroll domain knowledge, cybersecurity awareness, data integration experience, and executive-level communication skills** .
