We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Strategic Workforce Planning professional to design and deliver workforce planning solutions that align talent, skills, and cost with long-term business strategy. This role combines workforce analytics, HR strategy, and Oracle EPM Cloud expertise to enable data‑driven planning and executive decision‑making across large‑scale enterprise environments.
