Responsible for the operational management, reliability, security, and performance of enterprise database systems supporting the institution’s core administrative services. This role manages a team of database administrators and works collaboratively with enterprise systems, application development, infrastructure, and functional business units to ensure high availability, integrity, and security of institutional data, with a strong emphasis on Oracle database environments and proactive multilayered monitoring. The position also manages and optimizes mid-tier application environments by ensuring efficient database connectivity, performance, security, documentation, and integration with enterprise systems.
