The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join our established and growing Oracle practice and lead the functional delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM transformation programmes for large public and private sector organisations across New Zealand.

You will lead client engagements to design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that modernise people operations, transform workforce management processes, and enable better decision‑making across complex programmes.

We are primarily seeking candidates with strong Oracle Cloud HCM functional leadership experience. We will also consider exceptional HCM professionals from other leading platforms who can demonstrate senior delivery capability and a clear pathway to building Oracle Cloud expertise.
