• 11. Arrange delivery within outlets and to manufacture for edging(certain outlets)
• 12. Handle customer complaints,troubleshoot and replacement
• 13. Follow up with customers according to SOP and duration
• 14. Answer all inquiries via whats app/phone call and other channels
