**Job Summary**

The Optical Grading System Operator is responsible for efficiently operating and optimizing optical sorting systems to achieve targeted throughput, yield, and quality standards. This role includes system setup, calibration, and product changeovers, while ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate and fine-tune optical grading systems to meet production, yield, and quality objectives.
+ Monitor system performance and product quality, making real-time adjustments to defect detection, sizing, color models, and reject parameters.
