The Rockyview General Hospital Eye Clinic is a dynamic, high-volume ambulatory clinic caring for over 33,000 patients per year. The Eye Clinic offers a variety of ophthalmic sub-specialties including oncology, glaucoma, retina, low vision, comprehensive, neuro-ophthalmology, adult strabismus, as well as an urgent eye clinic that operates 365 days per year. To support these subspecialties, we offer high-quality, diagnostic testing including ultrasound, photography, visual fields and electrophysiology, and more. As a Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostic procedures and evaluations according to the standard procedures of the clinic. You will work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team including other ophthalmic technical personnel, administrative staff, nurses, and physicians.
