Position Summary
The plant Operational Excellence Leader has a direct responsibility to lead Aptiv Continuous Improvement projects and execute the Lean process deployment to support plant Lean cultural transformation.
The OpEx leader defines, designs, and implements process improvement as part of Aptiv Enterprise Operative System (EOS).
Identifies mid and long term improvement opportunities aligned with business strategies and priorities.
Assures that resources are assigned and trained.
Facilitates and coaches improvement teams.
Your Role
Leads plant efforts focused on the continuous improvement of site operating and financial performance.
Identifies improvement projects and ensures that plant leadership, at all levels, plans and executes continuous improvement activities.
Follows up improvement actions of each of the plant departments.
Facilitates and coaches kaizen events with the natural work teams in the plant.
