Equipment Owner
for specific equipment, plus
System Ownership
for his/her team/line:

Area position u2022 Execute the batch making and packing process according to production plan for the day u2022 Execute the job assignment allocated by the team leader u2022 Upkeep the safety and quality standard in the plant
2.
Equipment Ownership u2022 Maintain equipment in base condition u2022 Develop equipment standard (e.g., safety map, loss map, lubrication map) u2022 Develop operations standard and improvement (e.g., Job Aid, SOPs, OPLs, Kaizens) u2022 Execute equipment related loss elimination projects
3.
System Ownership u2022 Own up to two systems of the site u00A0
