This role will focus on supporting event technology, AV systems, network infrastructure, and end-user IT servic es to ensure seamless delivery of in-person and online sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup and operation of technology solutions for regional events
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi equipment.
• Install and support AV systems including projectors, conferencing platforms (Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex), microphones and displays.
• Provide onsite technical support during live training sessions.
