Healthcare Australia is seeking a hands-on and people-focused After Hours Operations Team Leader  to lead our national after-hours rostering team and ensure critical healthcare shifts are filled across Australia.  This role manages our national after-hours rostering function; however, the position itself operates within this rotating roster:

Working Pattern!

This role operates on a rotating roster across weekdays and weekends:

• Weekday shifts (8 hours): Start between 1:00pm – 3:00pm
• Weekend shifts: Start at either 7:00am or 3:00pm
• Weekend days: Saturday and Sunday
• Weekdays: Monday plus two additional days of your choice
